Dashboard and website terms

Effective November 3, 2026. CAA School Prereqs is operated by Health Professions Data, LLC. We provide independent school research and application preparation tools, with no affiliation to CASAA, CAAHEP or any school.

Prepaid dashboard access

Dashboard access costs $24 for 90 days, $42 for 180 days, or $60 for 365 days, in US dollars. Every term includes the same tools. Each purchase is a single payment with no automatic renewal and nothing to cancel. Access begins after successful payment verification. A new purchase while access is active adds its term after your existing access ends; otherwise, its term starts when payment is verified.

Create and use your own account before checkout. Keep access to your sign-in email. The directory and public guides remain free. The paid workspace includes school shortlists, prerequisite evidence, experience logs, application and essay records, CV templates, personal statement guidance, recommendation request templates and PIVOT interview practice. No AI writing, review or scoring is included.

Digital access and refunds

Purchases are final once dashboard access begins, except where a refund is required by applicable law. If payment succeeded but access did not open, or you believe a duplicate or incorrect charge occurred, contact support so we can investigate. An approved full refund removes access attributable to that purchase. Disputed payments may affect access while the dispute is resolved. Removing workspace content does not automatically request a refund.

Your writing, records and responsibilities

Access is for your personal application preparation. You retain your original writing and records. Do not share an account or redistribute the preparation content. Use templates as starting points and describe only your own experiences. Keep confidential letters in the official application system, and never enter patient information. You are responsible for reviewing your drafts and following each destination's authorship rules.

Information and service limits

Schools control requirements, deadlines, accreditation, tuition and admission decisions. Verify current instructions with the official sources before paying fees, choosing courses or submitting. Our records show review dates and unresolved information; we cannot guarantee that a school has not changed its requirements. The dashboard does not certify equivalency or experience, submit an application, contact recommenders, or guarantee admission.

After your term ends

Editing requires active access. Retained records can still be exported or deleted without purchasing another term. Workspace content is scheduled for deletion 14 days after access expires. Export important work before that deadline. The privacy policy explains separate account and financial records. Updates and maintenance can temporarily interrupt service; report access problems promptly.
